Discerning Your Church's Vision

This clinic, led by Rev. Doug Anderson, will provide a process to help your church discern a clear vision for what it will look like when you live out your mission well. This will include an assessment of the strengths, gifts, talents, assets, and resources of your congregation to make a difference in ministry within the community. There will also be a process to assess the needs, concerns, and opportunities in the local community that are available for the congregation to address, including a study of demographics of your mission field, interviews with community leaders, and conversations with people in the community. This will enable the church to discern how to use its strengths and resources to best impact the local community for the sake of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. This is the vision that can make all the difference in a fruitful ministry for Jesus Christ.
