Participants will gain a basic understanding of what spiritual disciplines are; experience hands-on practices; practically apply the practices to everyday life; be encouraged and equipped to start/revitalize spiritual discipline groups in their local churches; connect with others that practice spiritual disciplines; reconnect with United Methodists from across the district
There is no cost to attend. Both days are identical retreats. Open to youth, laity, and clergy of the North District.
