A Place for Everyone: Mental Health and Domestic Violence

This training, led by Rev. Tracey Leslie, is for churches wanting to reach those wounded or hurt by the Church/religion. The video series focuses on population groups that have experienced misunderstanding or judgment. Each segment incorporates teaching by experts in a particular population group, as well as the personal stories of those who have been impacted. Combining information and storytelling deepens understanding and awareness. The video segment is viewed during the Zoom training and followed by time for discussion: what was learned, additional questions, and how the learning can be applied to your own church context. The video can only be viewed during training to protect privacy and honor personal stories.
