Multiplication Network Track 1, provided by Church Development of the Indiana Conference, will help church leaders begin to lead with a multiplication mindset--multiplying leaders, disciple makers, groups, and faith communities.  Each month a church pastor and one or two laity will meet virtually with leaders from other churches.  During each of the sessions they will spend time in smaller cohorts, with leaders from churches with a similar context, to unpack the session concepts and apply them in their churches.  Leaders will leave the process ready to lead their churches in developing a discipling system that leads to multiplication organically.  Track 2, which will be offered the following year, will help them do that.
