Each year, United Methodist Women members prepare for faithful living and action by studying more about mission. Three mission studies are offered at Mission u: geographical, a topical, and a spiritual growth study. These studies motivate, inform, and enrich our commitment to global ministry.

Mission u reflects the theology of the United Methodist Church and the practice of joining personal holiness with social holiness. Through worship, in-depth study, music, prayer, and sharing and exploring, we invite YOU to grow with us in understanding the mission of the church.

WHAT: A community of women and men, children and youth, laity and clergy, learning to put their faith into practical action in light of today’s world and its events

WHERE: DePauw University / Greencastle, IN

WHEN: Tuesday, July 17 – Friday, July 20
 
Begins on Tuesday with First-Timers Orientation at 11 AM EDT;  Orientation for the children, youth, and their 
parent/guardian at 11 AM EDT; and Lunch for everyone at noon EDT

Ends on Friday with Holy Communion about 4:30 EDT
Hands-On Giving Opportunity
The Hope Center in Indianapolis is working to rebuild the lives of young women who have escaped human trafficking.  One of their vocation programs is to train these women as beauticians.
