Mission-Centered Ministry

This clinic, led by Rev. Doug Anderson, will help your church focus on your common purpose rather than on the preferences of individuals and groups. Accomplishing this will require continuing focus of church leaders on our mission of “making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world” through regular spiritual development together. Leaders will be trained to be attentive to both opportunities for and obstacles to living into our mission. Leaders will learn how to lead though the use of key questions for decision making, for planning of ministries, and for reporting and assessment. Being centered on the mission is critical to our ministry for Jesus Christ.
