This clinic, led by Rev. Doug Anderson, will help your congregation develop and implement a style of leadership that is accountable by matching authority with responsibility and being accountable to our mission of “making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.” We will explore how to develop safe and helpful boundaries for that accountability and how to stay focused on our mission throughout all the ministries and decision making in your church.
