Unleashing the passion of young people in your church is possible! Churches are losing both members and vitality as increasing numbers of young people disengage. Based on groundbreaking research with over 250 of the United States leading congregations, Growing Young provides a strategy any church can use to involve and retain teenagers and young adults. It profiles innovative churches that are engaging 15 to 29-year-olds and as a result are growing--spiritually, emotionally, missionally, and numerically. Growing Young co-author Jake Mulder will show pastors and ministry leaders how to position their churches to engage younger generations in a way that breathes vitality, life, and energy into the whole church.

Cost:  $20 per person; $50 per church team - all team members must be registered and paid on the same registration

Church Team Registration Instructions:  The first (primary) registrant will need to register the entire church team.  They will need to know the answer to these questions for each church team member:

  • email address
  • name
  • cell phone number 
  • meal preference - regular or vegetarian
  • if the person wants to use this class as a lay academy credit
  • clergy or laity

 

The first (primary) registrant will select Individual or First Church Team member to register, the next person registered would be the second church team member and so on for a maximum fee of $50 for a church team.

Please print a copy of your registration for your receipt.

Check payments must be mailed within 7 days of registration.  Please include a copy of your invoice with your check.

Cancellation policy:   cancellations must be received via email to lisa.timmerman@inumc.org by 11:59 pm on August 20, 2021 to be eligible for a refund less processing fee.  No refunds after this date.
