Coaching is a proven effective approach to empowering individuals, relationships, teams and organizations.  Our training program equips you with transformational coaching skills and culminate in attainment of your coach credentials.

 

The three-phase, six month training program involves 60 hours of experiential training, including face-to-face learning , coaching, practicum, coaching tools and reading assignments, all led by excellent, experienced coaches and trainers.  The training also incorporates mentor coaching which helps new coaches refine their skills.  This course learning and materials prepares participants in becoming ICF (International Coaching Federation) and ACC Credential (Associated Certified Coach) trained.

 

This training is open to clergy and laity.

 

Cost is $2,000.00 per person - includes all sessions, materials, lodging and meals.  A minimum deposit of $1,000 must be paid at the time of registration.  All funds are due by December 21, 2017.
