The Indiana Conference is hosting a Best Practices for Church Management workshop.  We'll cover the following:
  • Finance - Best financial practices for churches. 
  • Pastors - W2 preparation.
  • Trustees - Trustee information and building responsibilities. 
  • Human Resources - Managing employee relations. 
  • Risk Management - Security and loss prevention.
There is no cost to attend.  Registration is required so we can have materials and lunch for all.
