The Indiana Conference is hosting a Best Practices for Church Management workshop. We'll cover the following:
- Finance - Best financial practices for churches.
- Pastors - W2 preparation.
- Trustees - Trustee information and building responsibilities.
- Human Resources - Managing employee relations.
- Risk Management - Security and loss prevention.
There is no cost to attend. Registration is required so we can have materials and lunch for all.
