This two hour workshop combines two trainings:

Lighthouse Congregations commit to caring for those hurt by the Church or religion. Nearly 40% of Americans who've left the church cite past church hurt as the reason. This training equips participants with skills to welcome, build trust, and create belonging for this community.

Getting to Know You: Sacred Conversations emphasizes going to people where they are, listening with compassion, and recognizing opportunities for connection in daily life. Participants will practice dialogue that moves beyond listening and testimony.

Churches with three of more participants may become Lighthouse Congregations and qualify for an outreach grant (see below). All receive a promotional banner. This combined workshop is also available in person.
