CE Lay Servant Academy - Leading Public Prayer

This course if offered by the Central District Lay Servant Ministries team. It is a course - Leading Public Prayer that meets the requirements as an advanced course for recognition as a Certified Lay Servant or a Certified Lay Speaker within the Indiana Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. All lay persons in the Indiana Annual Conference are invited!

The course will be held on two successive Saturdays in April via the Zoom meeting platform. The classes will meet from 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 - 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 10 and Saturday, April 17. Participants need access to a computer, phone, tablet or other device which can access online Zoom events. An access link will be provided after registration.

Cost: $15.00 per person

Participant Text: Shaping the Prayers of the People: The Art of Intercession by Samuel Wells and Abigail Kocher. Text must be purchased by participants before class.
