FOOD ALLERGIES/SENSITIVITIES - While we are at the Conference, we strive to see every person and provide reasonable accommodations to food sensitivities, but it is impossible to meet all food sensitivity needs. We understand and respect that many individuals have food sensitivities and dietary preferences. While we do our best to offer a variety of options, we may not always be able to make specific accommodations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage anyone with food allergies to seek options that will keep you safe and comfortable.

KIDS' CAMP - FREE (REGISTRATION BY MAY 16, 2025 REQUIRED)
We are excited to offer a Kids’ Camp for potty-trained 3-year olds through 5th graders this year. Stephanie Riebe, the Children and Family Pastor at Wabash First UMC, designed our All IN Kids’ Camp, where kids will experience camp sessions based on each of the fruits of the Spirit. As parents
attend Annual Conference, kids will participate in worship, play games, enjoy crafts, and engage in sensory activities, all while discovering that they play a vital role in guiding our denomination with their light and witness simply by being who
they are.
