Pre-registration is now closed.  You will be able to register onsite at the Convention Center for $45.  There will be no meal tickets available.
You will be able to register multiple people on one registration using one payment.  However, EACH PERSON will need an email address that is unique to them (no fake email addresses).  One week prior to the Annual Conference Session, each person will receive an email with a registration barcode.  Each person registered will need either a printed or electronic copy of the email with their individual barcode to check-in at the Annual Conference Session.  You will also be able to make additions to your registration using the "modify registration" link in your confirmation email.  All changes must be made before May 23 at 11:59 pm.  Don't forget to click the SUBMIT button to finalize your registration.  You will then be directed to a confirmation screen where you can print your receipt, if you paid by credit card, or an invoice to include with your check.  You will also receive a confirmation email.
 
Cost:  $35 for all voting members
Guests are free to attend but there may be a charge for optional meals, dvd's or child care.

Check Payments must be mailed within 7 days of your registration.  Include a copy of your invoice with your check.  All check payments must be received by May 31, 2019

Registration deadline:  May 23, 2019 at 11:59 pm
 
Cancellations must be received via email to lisa.timmerman@inumc.org by May 23, 2019 at 11:59 pm to be eligible for a refund less processing fee.  No refund for cancellations received after this date.

Meal Tickets:  space is limited; tickets must be ordered before May 23, 2019 at 11:59 pm; Tickets must be presented to attend the meal.  Meal tickets will be with your name badge when you check in at Annual Conference.
Email lisa.timmerman@inumc.org to request vegetarian and/or gluten sensitive meals.  Include the name of each meal you will attend in the email.
 
Child Care for infants through age 11; cost is $3.00 per child per session.  Child Care will be available Wednesday evening, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning.  Child Care must be reserved by May 23 at 11:59 pm.
