This course will guide lay servants seeking to be more empowered to lead their congregations to vitality.  The goal is to offer a framework for understanding how lay servants can be Christian transformational leaders in their congregations, workplaces, and the world.  The class is an advanced not required to become a Certified Lay Speaker.

Cost:  $15.00 per person

Book:  Lay Servants as Christian Transformational Leaders by Marc Brown, Kathy Merry, and John Briggs.  The book is available through Amazon or the Upper Room Bookstore for $18 as a paperback or $9.99 in the Kindle version.  An EPub version is available for $9.99 through Upper Room Bookstore.  It is expected participants will read the book before the first session.  The class will meet on 4 Thursdays beginning 2/4/2021, and ending 2/25/2021, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm ET.  This is a Zoom class.  Participants must attend each session to get credit for taking the class.
