2020 Annual Conference Exhibit Registration

We are excited you will be joining us at the 2020 Annual Conference Session!
This year, your complimentary exhibit table will be placed in a walkway in either the Chapel, where worship and plenary sessions are scheduled, or the Student Center, where all meals will take place. Each exhibit will consist of one 6’ table and one chair, so please plan accordingly. There are a few spaces where electricity is a possibility, but not guaranteed.
You will receive additional information once registration closes as to your table’s placement.
Registration deadline: May 8, 2020 at 11:59 pm
Unload and setup: Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 2:00 - 7:00 pm
- Thursday, June 11, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Friday, June 12, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday, June 13, Student Center - 8:00 am - 10:00 am; Chapel - 8:00 am - Noon
Set up and Tear Down Policy
In order to have a great conference, we expect all exhibits to be set up Wednesday, June 10 between 2 pm and 7pm. We strongly suggest your exhibit be staffed before and after business or worship sessions when our attendees have more time to hear about your ministry. Your exhibit should remain in place during our entire conference.
